Exercise can be so boring.  Forget running outside in the summer heat; it’s bad enough smelling like a dirty donkey but also looking like a soaked rat? – nasty.  What about the machines at the gym?  Although incredibly boring, your body only burns around 200-500/hour on average.  Your body also gets used to the monotony, decreasing the amount of calories burned.  So how about we skip the donkey smell and monotony.  Its time to get on the dance floor to score flatter abs, slimmer hips, and sexier legs while having a blast. Let’s shake it and loose it. 

Just an hour of shaking it can help you sculpt sexy curves and burn some serious calories.  It gets your heart rate pumping while strengthening your core and leg muscles at the same time.  Try the cha-cha or merengue, both torch aournd 400 calories per hour.  Want to pick up the pace?  Try salsa or swing where the calorie count is closer to 600.  Because dancing requires such a wide range of movement, you can do it often and keep seeing benefits.  Monotony be gone!
