3) I’ve heard the secret to interior design is to work with what you already have and add to it cosmetically.  What are some simple tips to dress up a home or room by adding to the pieces I already have?

First and foremost- De-Clutter!
Adding fresh live greenery is easy and inexpensive.
Addition of new Pillows for chairs, sofas or beds.
New Paint improves any space- giving it a clean bright look.
Hands on adjustment…on everything (movement- or rearrangement of frames, pictures, plants….chairs…artwork) tweaks not only the room or space but it also creates new energy.

4) What advice do you have about living spaces?  I have so much stress in my life and need to feel de-stressed in my own home.  Where do I begin the de-clutter process and add some functionality into my living space?

De-Clutter one room at a time.
Space is so personal and each home calls for a different remedy….
When you walk through your door your home should be just that…your home (not just a house)…and it should be your haven and rise up and greet you.

5) If I would like to create separate space for my children, what services do you provide in order to make it visually appealing and not just another playroom?

Children’s spaces should be genderless. If you choose a theme, it should be timeless you don’t want to outgrow it.
Shelving with baskets and storage containers are perfect for stowing games, toys and crafts.
We spend time with the children and the parents to discover what the children want and what the parents expect and will work to marry those two ideas together.
Functionality is the key.

6) Can a simple fixture or different color paint really add value to my home?

Curb appeal does help with emotional value.
A different paint color is more perceived value…not physical per se….it is all in the eye of the beholder.

7) I enjoy throwing holiday parties, however I don’t always have the time to make the best out of decorating my home.  I think I want to throw a Fourth of July party. What services do you provide for holiday decor and/or elegant home party decorating?

Holiday Parties/Events are a huge part of our business.

We create a specialty drink which is handed out as you enter the party.
